  Horrible phone service and customer service. When i asked to speak to a manager she told me my expectations where unreal (i asked to tranfer the phone card to a new phone). Have working in customer service i was very disappointed. i was then hung up on. Will not be returning.

  Guy tried to be helpful but it's a small store and it can't help w/ tech support. And he couldn't even replace the bad phone they sold me (messed up speaker phone on a Samsung G8.)

  It's okay for when you have to do something minor but they are not helpful when it comes to upgrading or replacing a phone on warranty. They are smaller and their location makes it a bit complicated to get into parking lot. They are very knowledgeable about their products here. Good staff their downfall is the stores small size.
