  After selecting our fiberglass roofing panels and loading them on our cart, one of the employees decides to jam a 2×10 board in between the 12' and 10' panels because he couldn't count them unless they were divided with a space. So he shoved a board in between the panels I hear crackles of breaking fiberglass. The employee tells me nothing broke and the crackling was just a "cart noise."...and im supposed to continue on to the checkout....yeah right! I asked him to check the panels and he pulls out a small section of the 10' pieces. "Nothing broken," he says. OK, he thinks I'm stupid. So I retrieve my husband and bring him up to speed with the incompetent employee. My husband slides put the pieces which I assume are broken...4 of the 12' pieces are no longer usable... broken...and of course the store has no more in stock. They charged for 8 bags of cement when we asked for 6. They "forgot" to load our 7-4×4 posts. And they suggested that we use the broken panels because the 3" cracked area was not "really that big." We will not be returning to this store.
