- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 15, 2019, by Susan GowerAs a former employee my belief is goodwill has gotten away from helping people with disabilities and employment opportunities to "How much money can we make for our ceo today?" They are now running their stores as retail stores and are overpriced. I have spoken to many customers that no longer shop there and donors who would now rather throw their items in the trash than donate them to goodwill. Very disappointed in what Goodwill has become.
